Each year, Cape May Forum hosts "Forum on the Green," a farm-to-table dinner at Congress Hall Hotel before its annual Spring Forum, along with a "Salon Series" and "At the Library" programs. In the Fall we follow with a "Big Night" Gala at Cape May Vineyard, as we sponsor the annual TEDxCapeMay.
This year, we are looking after the local economy: "From Global to Local, Bringing it all Back Home," on May 9-10 at the Cape May Lewes Ferry Terminal with two days of workshops, lectures, panels and debate. Also enjoy a Local Food Fare and Tasting.
In 2013 we took to Convention Hall for our Spring program that posed the vital subject: "Water Maters" featuring outstanding speakers from National Geographic Magazine.
For 2012 we looked to the “Future of Energy” on June 2-3, 2012, and considered how energy consumption changed over the last century. We hosted "Race at the Cape," which recreated the historic race between Henry Ford and Louis Chevrolet. We considered how we should act collectively to solve our problems and find innovative new directions to determine the quality of life on our planet for coming generations. Then in 2011 we posed the question: “Guess What’s Coming for Dinner? - The Politics of Food in the 21st Century” and explored everything from the gourmet food movement in the developed world, to the politics of food scarcity in the developing world.
Then in 2010 Cape May Forum opened by asking: “Humor – Can It Save the World?”
